In compliance with Law 42/2010 of 30 December, amending Law 28/2005 of 26 December, smoking (including the use of electronic cigarettes) is forbidden in the hotel’s communal areas and rooms.

If it is detected that someone has smoked in the room, the appropriate legal measures will be applied to repair the damage caused.
